hot hot!!!! arghhh!! so tired.. and hot, and sticky.. =S

went to ACM [asians civilisations museum.. so cheem rite? =))] to look for peranakan stuff with mel, rosy, siyu and ber.. we met at mel's house and i was early!! haha.. ber was late, so we missed the guided tour at eleven.. haha.. but we decided we could look arnd ourselves anyway.. heh..

the museum was really cool lah.. i nv been there b4.. there was all these really beautiful artefacts.. all very nicely and delicately carved.. and there was this peacock belt thingy which was golden with lots and lots of diamonds.. i think abt 75 carats or more.. i was really shimmery and dazzling! awesome! and there was this dining table, i think it's 8 seater, but there were so many plates and bowls and delicate thingys.. and they also showed some dressing tables, with mirrors tt are half full-size mirrors.. potential prop for a horror show.. haha.. so u could imagine how high the table was.. and also got this really grand-looking altar.. really really huge but very nicely carved.. pity we couldnt take pics of any of them.. there was like at least one security guard in every room lor.. so couldnt even try to sneek a shot or smthing.. so tempting.. =)

den later we smhow found our way to ymca and ate at mac.. then we went took bus to orchard and bernice went window-shopping for a while at wisma.. oh man.. u shld see her face, so delighted to step into the mall.. like it's her heaven our smthing.. haha.. but she didnt buy anything, so we decided to go take cab to emerald hill.. the nice taxi driver didnt mind taking five of us, cos mel told him siyu was small.. hahaha.. so anyway, he was a nice dude.. telling us where was wad and all..

so anyway, we found the row of peranakan houses and we went to take pics.. they were really nice houses lor.. not some lousy rotting thing.. den we decided to use ber's cam to take a video.. haha.. it was really fun lah, we were all trying to act professional and everything.. haha.. too bad dun have shuhui, she'll make it really farnee and all.. =DD but after tt, we were all so tired, me, mel and siyu took cab back.. haha.. XD
